If anyone who is not able to access the App can call 119 and request a letter – note 5 days after 2nd dose, and the letter may take up to 7 days to reach the citizen.
NOTE: the guidance is explicit that GPs will not be providing letters of vacc status: “Do not contact your GP surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.”
