If you are registered for online services then you cancel the appointment and re-book all at the same time
TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, EITHER CALL US ON 01354 656841 OR VIA ONLINE SERVICES.
Appointments that are cancelled within 30 minutes of the appointment time will be marked as DNA (Did Not Attend). Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment will result in not being able to carry out the consultation. Another appointment will need to be booked.
Simply log in to the online portal and visit the appointments section.
